What are plastic coated bearing rollers used for?

The roller surface adopts high-performance Teflon material, delivering ultra-low friction coefficient, excellent non-stick property, great resistance to chemicals, acids and alkalis. It can withstand a wider working temperature range compared with ordinary POM rollers.

The pre-installed precision bearing ensures smooth rotation, stable running and no jamming under continuous operation. Less lubrication is required thanks to the natural self-lubrication of PTFE.

This Teflon roller is perfectly suitable for special working conditions: corrosive production lines, food packaging machinery, chemical processing equipment, sliding guide structures and automation systems where adhesion or contamination needs to be avoided.
