ZOTY 6000-2RS chrome steel deep groove ball bearing
6000-2RS product reference. Confirm the required variant before ordering.

Which application are you specifying?

  • Electric or rotary motor: provide shaft speed, load, fit, temperature and noise requirements.
  • Industrial and office equipment: identify the shaft, housing and contamination conditions.
  • Replacement bearing: send the full marking and dimensions. The basic number alone does not identify seals, clearance or grease.

Material, structure and seals

The 6000-2RS reference specifies chrome steel, 52100 / 100Cr6 bearing steel, and single-row deep groove construction with inner ring, outer ring, balls and cage. It lists P0 and P6 precision options; the required option must be confirmed for your order.

  • ZZ / 2Z: two metal shields. Confirm dust exposure and lubrication requirements.
  • 2RS: rubber seals on both sides. Confirm seal contact, friction, grease and contamination conditions.
  • Open: listed as an option on the 6000 reference; request model-specific confirmation and review the surrounding lubrication and sealing arrangement.

Clearance, installation and operating limits

Some catalogue references specify C3 clearance. Do not assume C3 is standard across the range: send the required clearance together with shaft/housing fits and temperature conditions.

Confirm bore fit, housing fit, axial retention, shoulder dimensions and assembly method using your drawing. Load ratings, maximum speed, grease life and temperature limits require the exact bearing variant and operating conditions; no general rating is assigned here.

Customization and procurement review

Request a review of seal/shield type, clearance, precision, lubrication, packaging and any drawing-based variation. A non-standard modification or sample requires feasibility and availability confirmation. Provide your required quantity and delivery schedule for the quotation.

What to send for a quotation

  • Full model and suffix, or bore × OD × width plus drawing
  • Application, radial/axial load, speed and duty cycle
