The reference model is not a guaranteed fit for every conveyor. Coating material, hardness and operating conditions require confirmation.
Materials, structure and installation
The references shown span 6–20 mm bore, 28–80 mm outside diameter and 6–36 mm width. These endpoints describe the selected models; they do not mean every size combination is available.
PU references use coated GCr15 chrome-steel bearings. BS62628-6 is specified as POM in its technical description. Nylon is listed among our roller material options, but its exact model and material grade must be confirmed from your drawing; no Nylon dimensions or rating are assumed from a mixed POM/Nylon title.
Match the bore to your axle and confirm retention, clearance, alignment and wheel contact. Screw-bolt, groove or dual-bearing profiles require a matched drawing and a confirmed model.
Customization and limits
Send your required diameter, width, bore and mounting drawing. For screw-mounted rollers, include thread specification and length. Options shown require feasibility review.
Our existing roller range supports drawing-based review of size, color, hardness, wheel profile, groove and bearing choices. The PU models shown publish 85 and 95 Shore A respectively; other material or hardness requests need confirmation.
