Stainless bearing sourcing for OEM equipment and replacement parts.
Specify stainless steel ball bearings when your project needs a confirmed material grade together with the correct dimensions, sealing and lubrication. We offer 440C, 420, 304 and 316 stainless steel options, subject to model and configuration confirmation. Our existing S-series catalogue includes shielded and rubber-sealed references for industrial, cleaning and food-processing equipment applications.

S6000ZZ reference from our existing catalogue. Specify the exact material and configuration for your order.
Dimensions are bore × outside diameter × width in mm. These are catalogue references for comparison; material, stock and configuration require quotation confirmation.
| Model reference | Dimensions (mm) | Closure | Material configuration |
|---|---|---|---|
| S6000ZZ | 10 × 26 × 8 | Metal shields | 440C / 420 options; confirm ordered configuration |
| S6001ZZ | 12 × 28 × 8 | Metal shields | 440C catalogue reference |
| S6002-2RS | 15 × 32 × 9 | Rubber seals | Confirm grade with quotation |
| S6003ZZ | 17 × 35 × 10 | Metal shields | 440C catalogue reference |
| S6004-2RS | 20 × 42 × 12 | Rubber seals | 440C catalogue reference |
| S6005-2RS | 25 × 47 × 12 | Rubber seals | 440C catalogue reference |
| S6006-2RS | 30 × 55 × 13 | Rubber seals | Confirm grade with quotation |
| S6007-2RS | 35 × 62 × 14 | Rubber seals | 440C catalogue reference |
These selected references span 10–35 mm bore, 26–62 mm outside diameter and 8–14 mm width. For other sizes, send your full model or drawing. The existing catalogue also contains S6200, S6300 and stainless thin-section families, which require separate model review.

ZOTY can supply stainless steel bearings in all four material grades. Tell us your required grade and application so we can confirm the model, component materials and operating ratings.
| Grade | Main characteristics | Applications to discuss | Selection limits |
|---|---|---|---|
| 440C | Heat-treatable bearing steel with high hardness and wear resistance. | Motors, machinery and rotating assemblies needing bearing hardness with resistance to mild moisture. | Not a general-purpose choice for saltwater or aggressive chemicals. |
| 420 | Heat-treatable martensitic stainless steel; properties depend on the exact grade and heat treatment. | General mechanical equipment and bearing assemblies exposed to mild moisture. | Confirm hardness, wear requirements and bearing ratings for the selected model. |
| 304 | Austenitic stainless steel for general atmospheric and freshwater corrosion resistance. | Non-coastal outdoor equipment and low-chloride, freshwater environments. | Do not assume suitability for seawater or repeated saltwater exposure; review load and speed. |
| 316 | Molybdenum improves resistance to chloride pitting compared with 304. | Coastal equipment, salt-spray exposure and selected marine or brine-related equipment. | Salt concentration, temperature, immersion duration and cleaning require review. Continuous seawater immersion is not automatically suitable. |
Choose corrosion resistance and mechanical performance together. 304 and 316 cannot be hardened by conventional heat treatment like 420 and 440C. Do not transfer load or speed ratings from a 440C bearing to a 304 or 316 version. Request ratings for the actual construction.
Confirm the complete material configuration: rings, balls, cage, shields and seals may use different materials. For example, a 440C bearing may have a 304 cage or shields. Specify each critical component on the quotation and order.
The S6000 reference lists P0, P5 and P6 precision and C0, C2, C3 and C4 clearance options. These are selection options, not the default configuration of every stainless model.
The catalogue mentions food-grade grease and Kyodo SRL grease on some stainless products. Request the required lubricant and supporting documentation explicitly; neither lubricant suitability nor food-equipment compliance is assumed from the model name.
Provide shaft/housing fits, shoulders, retention and assembly drawing. Review radial and axial load, speed, temperature and lubricant together for the exact variant.
Stainless material does not establish suitability for continuous water immersion, seawater, a specific chemical or a cleaning cycle. Send the exposure conditions for review. No universal corrosion, load, speed, service-life or temperature rating is assigned here.
Request model-specific review of material grade, closure, grease, clearance, precision, packaging and drawing-based variations. Sample availability, quantity and non-standard changes require confirmation.
Is every stainless bearing food-grade? Specify grease, contact conditions and required evidence for the actual order.
Can I replace a chrome-steel bearing of the same size? Compare the full configuration and operating requirements before selecting the stainless alternative.
