Banknote counter and paper sorting equipment buyers need to identify the roller that fits the actual shaft, paper path and contact position. ZOTY supplies polyurethane-covered bearing rollers for review against your drawing or sample. This page focuses on the information needed to select and approve a roller for a banknote or paper-handling assembly.

Open the PU62522-7 product details and photographs. This reference size is a starting point for drawing review. It is not a confirmed replacement for every banknote counter or sorter.
Identify whether the position supports, guides or drives the paper. Send a photograph of the assembled position and a drawing of the removed roller, shaft and adjacent parts. Include the bore, wheel outside diameter, total width, usable contact width, retaining method and the clearance to nearby components. A bore-mounted wheel and a threaded-stud roller need different mounting checks.
Tell us the required paper-contact finish, wheel profile, hardness, operating speed, duty cycle, cleaning method and environment. If the roller is driven, include the drive interface and contact requirement. Friction, wear, marking and noise requirements should be evaluated on the actual equipment during sample testing.
For a replacement project, provide the existing part number and a usable sample where possible. For a new assembly, provide the mating-part drawing. Confirm the approved roller drawing, material, hardness and bearing closure before ordering the production batch. Do not approve fit from the model number or outside diameter alone.
Include equipment type, roller function, model or sample, bore/OD/width, mounting drawing, material and hardness requirement, sample quantity, batch quantity and delivery destination. State any private-label packing or inspection requirements so they can be reviewed with the quotation.
